Le Camino Frances between St.-Jean Pied de Port and Burgos

In September 2011, I walked my first camino. It was the classic Camino Frances between St.-Jean Pied de Port and Santiago de Compostela. I wanted to walk that camino again in 2021 but Covid-19 decided otherwise.
Two years later I went back to St.-Jean Pied de Port to walk as far as Burgos.

En septembre 2011, j'ai fait mon premier camino. Il s'agissait du Camino Frances classique entre St-Jean Pied de Port et Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle. Je voulais refaire ce camino en 2021 mais Covid-19 en a décidé autrement.
Deux ans plus tard, je suis retourné à Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port pour marcher jusqu'à Burgos.

In september 2011 wandelde ik mijn eerste camino. Het was de klassieke Camino Frances tussen St.-Jean Pied de Port en Santiago de Compostela. In 2021 wilde ik die camino terug afleggen maar Covid-19 besliste daar anders over.
Twee jaar later begaf ik mij terug naar St.-Jean Pied de Port om tot Burgos te wandelen.

Le Camino Frances between Burgos and Ponferrada

In June 2024, I walked the second part of the Camino Frances between Burgos and Ponferrada. I chose this time to walk in spring to see a green Meseta. It turned out to be a Meseta full of poppies.

En juin 2024, j'ai parcouru la deuxième partie du Camino Frances entre Burgos et Ponferrada. J'ai choisi cette fois de marcher au printemps pour voir une Meseta verte. C'était en fait une Meseta pleine de coquelicots.

In juni 2024 wandelde ik het tweede deel van de Camino Frances tussen Burgos en Ponferrada. Ik koos deze keer om te wandelen in het voorjaar om een groene Meseta te zien. Het werd een Meseta vol klaprozen.
